Expendabelles moving forward with names like....

   The action packed female driven version of the male adrenaline films, the Expendables known right now as the Expendabelles....Yeah. So casting is still underway for this film with names like Cameron Diaz, Meryl Streep, and Milla Jovovich being tossed around at the moment. Stallone is set to produce the film while Robert Luketic is set to direct. The film has been described as such..."When America’s Navy SEALs are wiped out trying to penetrate the island lair of a deadly despot who has captured one of the world’s top nuclear scientists, it becomes clear that there is no such thing as the right man for the job and that this is a mission so impossible that only women can handle it. The only way in: some of the world’s deadliest female operatives must pose as high-class call-girls shipped in by private plane to satisfy a dictator–and instead save the scientist and the day." Does this strike you as something interesting?...It doesn't to me that's for sure. I enjoy the Expendables but I wouldn't say there is anything franchise worthy there that making a female driven one is worth doing...but I could be totally wrong and it could be a fun movie to watch, will have to wait and see I guess.
